Excess Inventory Opportunity Center

Turn Excess Inventory Into New Opportunities

Have products sitting in your warehouse? Nue Deals helps brands, manufacturers, distributors, and businesses find new opportunities for excess inventory, overstock, discontinued products, and eligible open-box merchandise.

How it helps

How Nue Deals helps move excess inventory

Reach business buyers

Atlas matches eligible inventory to small businesses and professionals with a real need for it.

Protect your brand

Curated placements, never a race-to-the-bottom liquidation feed. Unverified reference prices are never shown as discounts.

Flexible structures

Bundles, quantity tiers or time-limited campaigns, agreed with you before anything goes live.

One review, clear answers

A single submission covers product, pricing, fulfillment and eligibility — we follow up only if we need more.

Categories we review

Work-and-business categories are prioritized. Health, personal care and other regulated items need extra compliance review.

Three ways to work with Nue

Seller-Managed Listing

You keep ownership and fulfill approved orders under agreed terms.

Managed Overstock Campaign

Nue and you agree promotional pricing, bundles, quantity tiers or a time-limited clearance campaign.

Nue Inventory Purchase

Nue may evaluate buying the inventory outright, subject to internal review and authorization.

Review process

How the review works

  1. Step 1
    Submit

Complete the five-step form and receive a reference number.

  2. Step 2
    Automated checks

Rules flag category, condition, quantity, completeness, fulfillment and risk items for our team.

  3. Step 3
    Human review

A Nue reviewer checks documentation and may ask for more information.

  4. Step 4
    Terms & approval

If there's a fit, we agree on a pathway and terms. Nothing is listed before approval and your agreement.

Trust & verification

Seller trust and verification requirements

  • ✓Legal ownership or authorization to resell
  • ✓Authentic products with accurate condition and quantity
  • ✓Disclosure of defects, recalls, restrictions and regulatory requirements
  • ✓Verifiable reference pricing before any discount is shown
  • ✓Clear return and warranty terms
  • ✓Documentation checked by a Nue reviewer — declarations alone never approve a submission

Frequently asked questions

Does submitting mean my inventory will be listed?+

No. Every submission is reviewed by a person. Listing requires approval and agreed commercial terms.

What conditions do you accept?+

New overstock and discontinued products are preferred. Open-box and refurbished items are considered with clear grading and warranty terms.

Is there a minimum quantity?+

There's no hard minimum, but around 25 units or more is typical for campaigns. Smaller lots may suit a seller-managed listing.

How long does review take?+

We're still setting our review standard, so we don't promise a timeframe yet. We'll contact you if we need anything.

Who can see my files?+

Uploads are stored privately and are only accessible to authorized Nue reviewers.

Do you charge to submit?+

No. Submitting is free. Any fees or commissions are agreed with you before a listing goes live.
