Returns and refunds
How returns work while Nue Deals is in early access.
Early-access foundation. This page is a practical starting point to be reviewed before full commercial launch. It is not legal advice.
Nue Deals does not accept returns today
Because Nue Deals doesn't process orders yet, returns and refunds are handled by the seller, retailer or checkout provider you bought from.
Check return terms before buying
Nue shows return information where it's available and highlights unclear policies as a watch-out. Always confirm the seller's current return window and conditions.
Need help?
If a seller's terms differ from what Nue showed, let us know through the contact page so we can correct it.
