Common questions about partnering with Nue.
Who can join Nue Deals?
Brands, retailers, suppliers, distributors and content creators can apply. Nue reviews each application for product quality, data completeness, commercial terms and category fit.
Do I need Shopify?
No. Shopify integration is convenient but not required. We can work with CSV catalogs, APIs, product feeds and manual onboarding depending on partner size.
Can distributors participate?
Yes. Distributors with structured catalogs, pricing, inventory and fulfillment capability are welcome as Supplier / Distributor partners.
Does Nue purchase inventory?
Not by default. Most partnerships begin on referral, dropship or data-sharing terms. Inventory purchase may be discussed for select NueGo or bundle opportunities.
Can Nue dropship?
Dropship capability is supported for partners that can reliably fulfill direct-to-buyer orders with transparent lead times and return policies.
Can I participate through affiliate/referral only?
Yes. The Affiliate Program is designed for creators, publishers and communities that want to share Nue recommendations without managing inventory.
Does paying Nue improve my Product Match Score?
No. Organic recommendation scores are independent of commercial relationships. Paid placements, when offered, are clearly disclosed and do not affect organic scoring.
How does sponsorship work?
Sponsored placements are available in limited formats and are always labeled. Sponsorship does not guarantee organic recommendation eligibility.
Who controls pricing?
Partners control their own pricing. Nue may display estimated market pricing and highlight deals, but final pricing and checkout terms are set by the partner.
How does Nue verify products?
Nue reviews product documentation, warranty terms, supplier history, marketplace signals, spec clarity and sample data where appropriate.
What product data is required?
At minimum: product name, SKU, category, specs, images, pricing, warranty, returns policy and availability. Richer data improves recommendation readiness.
Can Nue create bundles using products from multiple partners?
Yes. Bundles are a core part of Nue's guided commerce model, and may combine partner products with NueGo products when it improves customer fit.
When will the full Partner Portal launch?
The Partner Portal is currently a concept preview. Full authenticated access will roll out to approved partners in phases.
